Battlefield4 issues

Downloaded china riseing map packs multiple times still cant get access to any maps or start unlocking any weopons from xpansion packs also all my xp boosts from battle packs disapeer cant use them gone ? no trace conection issues all the time droping out very laggy most times cant drive any sort of veacle land or sea or air screen shudders n cant control veacle and crashes or blows up in mid air for no reason as of how i feel at moment about battlfield 4 unless issues are solved very soon u should be offering our money back wats the point of playing a game if u spend more time trying to join games or finding  lost itemes as a massive fan of bf3 bf4 has been a major dissapointment i can c why people are calling bf4 bf3.5 extreemly not  happy
