@Frosty0125 Ok lets try some other things first close origin then set WebHelper.exe so it runs with admin privileges found in your Origin Games folder. Example ... C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4...
1- right mouse click it and go down to properties
2-then on the top of new window pick compatibility tab
3-and in the settings at the bottom check off Run this program as admin
4-hit apply at the bottom. Just to be safe do it for both the BF4 web helpers in the folder :] The X86 is the 32 bit one and the other one is the 64 bit one
reboot your PC and test BF4.
If this fails to fix it then clear the cache on your browser see link below...

If the above fails to fix it then do you have plugin free turned on in battlelog as well as what browser are you using?
@2042isNotBF Yes, I use the Plugin-Free Game Launching and my browser is Google Chrome.

@Frosty0125 Just for testing try this it may or may not fix it but it will give us more of a idea on what to try next...
1- Uninstall google chrome and go download new version and install it then reboot PC then test BF4.
If this fails to fix it then try another browser and see if BF4 will launch with it.
