EA Support absolutley Useless

So basically I have an old account and wanted to update to a new account. I bought BF6 and thought it would be best to link it to my new account with my new udated details. Long story short, now I have lost all my purschses and data. Cannot unlink from new account to go back to old account to recover data for "6 MONTHS". So basically, I am now banned from playing for 6 Months. No one in support can fix it.

So for 6 months, Ill be back playing COD as this is a joke. No warnign when unlink and linking as to what may happen.

EA you are a joke. You treat your clients like this??? Well goodbye to EA forever.

    Unfortunately, there is not much you can do except wait for the six months to pass.

    For what reason???? They tell me security. How can it be a secuirty risk when I am asking to move my details BACK to my old account I have had for years??? I wont wait 6 months. I will just delete it and never use EA ever agian and make sure, EVERYONE I know knows about it. 10 of my mates have already left..... how many of their mates??? This is why the numbers have dropped off. They dont want to listen to the people who line their pockets? Then the pockets will become empty.

    I filed a complaint against EA thru the BBB. EA failed to address the problem, instead of resorting to "canned" messages and directing me to a useless answer. Needless to say, but EA didn't  resolve the BBB complaint.
