Well i just finished downloading battlefield 1 i played the campaign without any issues but then it asked for a UI update i clicked on download the line starts charging but then it's stuck in 93% i t...

Sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried the following steps?
1. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in Origin
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Run Origin and Battlefield 1 as Administrator
