Battlelog and Rank Resetted

Hi,

Few months back my ranking was 94.

I even live the gameplay through my facebook on 3rd of April *pic below*

But last month I logged in again my battlelog and rank was reset to 0.

I did not reset my battlelog. 

So I sent ticket and ask for support from adviser for multiple times and they said that I should play a few games to let the cloud sync.

Till today, my battlelog and rank is not back yet.

So I tried to contact the support again, 

they advise me to post this issue here.

Can any staff look into this issue please.

    Hey @OmgKarinSia,

    Try to slecet your country to US and try a different web browser(Internet Explorer)

    Im speaking to EA Adviser at the moment.

    With my another EA account.

    They say they will escalate my issue to the Specialist Team.

    My issue keep getting further and further. Nothing fix.

    Guess it gonna take months or years or not. Sigh.
