Hi, why this app doesn't work on android lollipop?

Could you provide us some more details about your issue, is the app not starting at all or stuck in the loading process?

it's stuck on loading screen.
i have deleted the app and reinstalled it -> doesn't help
i have tried to move it to my sd card -> doesn't help
same issue if i try to log in from my phone (sony z3) from web browser, it may open the page, but i can't scroll down it..
- Having same problem galaxy s5 . Stuck on loading screen . You can get it to work if you clear the cache and delete info . If you go to application manager scroll down to battlelog click on it . Don't uninstall just clear cache and the one above. Restart the app then log in again . This you need to do this everytime you want to use the app. Pain but it works . Hope they fix it soon.
- Im basically having the same problem. Been using the
app since bf4 and after the first update for hardline a week or so ago it gets stuck at the loading screen. If i uninstall and reinstall it will work again but only the first time. If you close out and go back in it hangs on the loading screen. I can use battlelog fine through the browser on my phone but not rhrough the app anymore. Looking at the comments in the play store alot of people are having same problem. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3.
