Battlelog "game activity" not updated any more!

Hi! Since more than a month my "game activity" has not been updated - no ribbons,.... Is this a known issue or just for me? I have this issue now since more than 3 months - please help!

After ignoring me for more than 1 year I just want to express that I can understand that some problems might be minor or hard to reproduce or hard to fix - but at least I would appreciate to get an answer.
