Battlelog missing information

1. The update-center is only partly working. When somebody joins or leaves the clan, there is no notification. I only get notified when somebody accepts me as a friend. As clan-leader I need more information then this. Where can I find the missing information?  

2. When I look at the Overview on a players profile - there used to be a text if the player represented a clan/platoon. It used to say Representing: THE CLANS NAME
This information is now gone. Is it a bug or is the information moved to another part of the profile?
