Battlelog missing information

1. The update-center is only partly working. When somebody joins or leaves the clan, there is no notification. I only get notified when somebody accepts me as a friend. As clan-leader I need more inf...

1) Make sure that you are subscribed to platoon activities here:

 

2) Yes, unfortunately this has been removed from Battlelog.
