I have recently upgraded to bf4 for ps4 from playstation 3, and have recently logged on to battle log to make an emblem. When I logged in, there was no option for customize, or "My Soldier", so I went to settings. There, in soldiers tab, I couldn't find my soldier. Please reply ASAP.
can you provide a link to your profile on battlelog.
I think the reason why is b/c your soldier isnt linked to your battlelog profile.
Here are the steps to linking it:
Link a gamertag or PSN ID to your Origin account:
1. Log in to your Origin account
2. Click Friends -> Add a friend in the menu bar
3. The pop-up will give you the option to connect to Facebook, XBOX Live or Playstation Network. Choose your preferred option
4. Fill in your log-in details and follow the steps on screen
You're good to go. If you are unable to connect, it could be a temporary issue with the servers. Try again later and if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, contact EA support.
After you link it, see if those options are there.

@xxxC🤭lBr33zExxx is 100% correct, you'll need to link your soldier with your EA Account before you can access Battlelog features for a console soldier. Follow his direction's and you'll be good to go.
