Please bare and follow the following procedures for a possible solution:
1. Log out of Battlelog and Origin and restart your computer whilst reseting your internet modem and re-log into Battlelog and Origin.
2. Create a thread on the Battlelog Forums in the Battlelog Technical Help section about your problem via the following link: Click here
3. Contact an EA Advisor for assistance and a possible solution to your problem.
