[Battlelog] Unlocked emblem icons from battlepacks cannot be used

Just like in title, ive unlocked multiple emblem parts from gold battlepacks and i cant use many of them, they are greyed out in emblem editor - appear as locked.

    @T-72M1 This is a known problem with battlelog. EA support cannot help you with this. However the Battlelog team is aware of the issue, no ETA on a fix at this time.

Method 1

Have you tried signing Out then back in again ?

Method 2 

Launching Battlelog through Origin client

Method 3

Signing out wait approximately five minutes then log-in through Origin Game Client

Nothing works. And its not a new problem, its happening since weeks. From ones that i noticed i cant use tank and boat emblems even though they were unlocked through battlepacks.
