Battlelog Username changed itself, and Emblem wont show in-game

My battlelog username has changed itself, it used to be my xbox gamertag but now its "vlad3214123" I've never been prompt or emailed to change it, I want to change it back to normal but I don't know how to do that, could you help me please.

Also my emblem that I made on battlelog has stopped showing in game now, it used to work but now its just not been showing at all, has something happened ?
