    It can be caused by many things. Check that  it is not your network that is overloaded (many use it or if there is a lot of traffic running through it). Could also be that your video card does not support video. You can try to change the quality of the video. Could also be that your hard drive is full, or if there is much in the background running. 

     Check all this and report back here again if you need further help or have questions.

    How can i change the video  quality on battle log ?

    Alright, that's was not a option. Sorry. But let the video load completely clear before you start it. (Buffered course).

    i'm deleteing some files from the hard disk to take that option.    But it's a good idea that you can't change the quality like you tube.
