Battlelog

hi community when I click anything on battlelog it starts to load but nothing happens just the loading immage. sometimes firefox just stops working when i try this. can anyone help?

    Hi gosty04, heres some things to try:

    - Make sure you download and install the latest Battlelog plugins.
    1: First uninstall the old Battlelog plugin by going to "Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features" and removing "battlelog web plugin".
    2: Then log-in using Origin and go to battlelog page where you'll be prompted to download the latest web plugin (once you try to join a multiplayer server using the multiplayer server browser).
    3: After you have installed this Plugin you should clear your cache, exit your browser.
    4: Then, restart your browser and re-login to Origin to ensure a proper install.
    5: If this doesn't work then you should try a different browser (Chrome/Maxthon/Firefox, etc)

    -Make sure that you have latest version of flash installed http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_redirect
