Battlelog/BF4

Hiya... 

seem  to be one of many who had a damned account hack -> FIFA purchase -> ban .. Now had this removed without any major issues..

However now when I try to join a BF4 server, the client launches from battlelog, then sits on the dreaded 'black screen/white flashing cursor' and goes nowhere..  have looked for solutions all over the shop but cannot find a fix.. seems this guy had the same problem

games worked relatively fine since the betas.. and worked 2 weeks ago before this damned ban/unban...  now all of a sudden.. 

any ideas..?


already tried 'repairs' checked user.cfg for the draw thing etc..

    Since you have had the issue with the ban and it hasn't worked since the ban I recommend that you speak with a game advisor in order to find out what is happening with your account in case the FIFA ban has impacted more games than just FIFA.

    You can reach a game advisor here:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us click on the orange button on the right to start a new case, follow the instructions and when you are presented with a contact method I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time. The call back feature available to North America, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Switzerland, and the UK.

    Thanks buddy.. I'll give that a try when I have more time later 🙂

    in the meantime if anyone else had similiar experience and/or suggestions that would help
