battlepack and skin problems

Question

HiiiiI have some problem and I ask if someone could help me.The first problem is about one battlepack, bought some months ago in the store, that promised me a piece of the ararebo, but I can't open it.The battlepack's name is strange likes "ID_BP_MLARA" (I don't know why), and when I try to open it the game doesn't allow me.The second problem is about gun's skins where in the soldier menu I can't select them. Only during a game I can select gun's skins and this is strange.

@Migliolory44For the Ararebo weapon, you need 5 boxes to open it. And under Customize Soldier-Soldier you cannot select any skins at all, or only individual skins that cannot be selected?

It is possible to repair the game or reinstall the game.

Then empty the Origin Cashe

@Migliolory44 this superior battlepack will stuck there unless that ararebo Puzzle piece add to the exchange agine then you have to buy more 4 pieces till count 5 superior battlepacks then you will open it together to build the ararebo weapon.
for skins clear the cashe.
