Battlepack error opening fail

    @FlyingScotsman74 I've since gotten confirmation that they should be recovered when this issue is fixed. I still don't have an ETA, but at least now folks should feel more secure when opening BPs. If you want to hoard them until the fix drops that's fine too, it shouldn't make any real difference.

@s9streams Thanks for the post. I had a similar situation previously, and I thought I got nothing too, but it turns out I got a duplicate skin. Can you check your inventory and see if you have any duplicates that you didn't before? I'm not saying this definitely gave the skin, I just want to check for this possibility.

I've also had the exact same problem as described by the OP and in my case it wasn't due to a duplicate skin as this was the first battlepack I had received, it would have been nice receive the award given that it was the first over 10 levels but I guess the key issue here is to resolve the bug for other players.
