I recently opened a Super rare battlepack skin and never received the content. It was a "Silver Victory" (Super Rare) Skin for the Light Tank. I contacted EA and was advised to post a bug report here. EA also informed me that they would notify the developer of my issue. Any help on this issue would be highly appreciated as this is the first super rare battlepack I have opened after playing since the early release before launch day.
I received the battlepack after playing a match. I opened the pack during the loading screen of the upcoming match and the full opening sequence played out and showed the item I had received, the "Silver Victory" (Super Rare) Skin for the Light Tank. I also received a second battlepack after opening the super rare, the super rare never showed up in my inventory. Thanks.
