Yesterday, I bought a Super Rare Edition 4 battlepack, however, when I opened, it bugged out and reset, like I had never opened anything, and I still don't have any of the items.
As the battlepack costs 10k scraps, I do want to receive a "refund" or my items!

They can take a look at your account and if it's the case, just add you another Super Rare Battlepack which you're supposed to have.
