Hey @NICKoozie,
It feels like a game issue i know but, the battlepack drop is totally random. I wish you more battlepacks in the future 🙂. For the plane repair issue, EA is working on this to fix soon as possible:

Before i was max rank i always got a battlepack in the 1st or 2nd game i played each day.
So i think 1 battlepack is pretty much guaranteed and the rest is random.
But since i hit max rank i don't get the "guaranteed" battlepack anymore which sucks.

I think it feels only like that. Because sometimes i(lvl110) get 2 battlepacks in 2 rounds and sometimes it take awhile before it drops. But let's hope for more battlepacks 🙂
