BATTLFIELD 2 PATCH 1.5 DOWNLOAD ERROR / CAN'T PLAY MAPS

Hello,

I have a new PC with windows 8.1

I have BF2 cd with 1.03 version on it. 

I want to play on Patch 1.5, so I download Patch 1.41 and then Patch 1.5.

Downloading 1.41 is ok, I haven't seen problems during the download/installation of that patch.

But while installing Patch 1.5 from this website:

I get an error (I ignore this error and continue downloading, because I can not fix it..) :

Now when playing these maps:

- midnight sun

- operation road rage

- operation harvest

 I am stuck in the loading screen of that map. My BF2 crashes and this is the error message:

I have a legal copy and downloading the patches on my older pc's were totally fine.. I don't know what to do!.

My last option is to buy a new BF2 on Origin. Is that bf2 in origin already on Patch 1,.5?
