Banned without playing a single game

I just bought Battlefield 1 from steam today and after opening it I got the message " Your account has been banned. Your account's been banned from accesing this game. To appeal the ban open your ban history. Error code: EC:10901" when I open the ban history page I get the message "No history. You have no violations or appeals on your account."

Right now I sent an appeal ticket to EA and waiting for their response. Did any of you faced same issue? I searched a little in forums but it seems people facing the same issue years ago didn't solve it.

For the record I played only single player Titanfall some years ago. I also got the same message there but I didn't do anything related to that too. Is there a general problem?
