Generally speaking missing items is something EA Help can assist with. I'm not sure if they still have the tools for older titles, but it might be worth getting in touch.

*Edit: Have been informed that Help don't have the ability to add missing weapons any longer.
Ea said they cant help ..post on here it 12 days still not unlock
