Bedouin warrior dog tag

I have obtained the doll dog tag, not quite sure how I did but I think it may have to do with the Russian operations that took place. I basically played them non-stop getting as many battlepacks as I could out of the operation. 

I have it. Dunno how?

It was automatically given to players.

As far as it's known atm, it's just given to a couple players in the France Community by the France CM's.
