Below 20 fps

Hi David

I'd just like to highlight that I am also having this issue too. My specs are:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
CPU: Intel i7 4770k 3.50ghz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb card
RAM: 24gb DDR3
HDDs: 250GB SanDisk SDSSDP128G ATA Device (SSD) + 1TB MAXTOR STM3250310AS ATA Device (SATA)
Resolution: 1920x1080 (1 display @ 60hz)

I have tried on a clean reboot and still receive low fps. Can play battlefront on Ultra at a constant 60fps. I have tried the following to fix. 

Disabling Shadowplay
Disabling Xbox DVR Recording
Unparking my CPU cores
Un-installing and Re-installing graphics drivers and altering the registry accordingly to perform a clean install.
Disabling Superfetch in Windows 10 services.
Toggling DX12 on and off in the menus (Worse performance with DX12 on)
Ensuring that Vsync is disabled and GPU memory is unrestricted in advanced options.
Ensuring that hyperthreading is enabled in my Bios.

    Hmm, thanks for the detailed post. I see you've already tried the DX12 toggle.

    Can you run the performance monitor while you play (if you play in Windowed you can swap more easily) and see if that gives any hint at where there might be a bottleneck.
