I have experienced this problem myself and how I fixed it was when it was stuck at the loading screen I just closed application and then went back and loaded up Battlefield 1 then let me into the main menu without any problems. I would try this. But I believe this is a glitch somewhere in the system of Battlefield 1 because I have heard it happen from many more people before. So it might just take time and you will get in. I know it's really annoying and you paid to play this game and you can't even get into the main menu. Come back and tell us how things go!

That is one of the first things I do when a game fails to load. Head back to dashboard, close the game from there and reopen it. I am afraid that this hasn't worked. The most annoying thing is, as I stated bellow I quit BF1 after awaiting more than 5mins to join a game (while the party/team I am on with are able to join, I have also tried hosting the party and being invited into a party etc) and then I load BF4 up and within seconds I find and join a game.

Sorry you're experiencing this issue.
Could you try to theses steps:
1. Press controller 'Option' on game tile
2. Choose 'Manage Game'
3. Select 'Saved data'
4. Press controller 'Option' again over affected profile
5. Select 'Delete saved data'
6. Choose 'Delete everywhere' first
7. If the profile image still appears in 'saved data' repeat step #6 but this time choose 'Delete from console' this time.Also, have you tried Uninstalling/Reinstalling Battlefield 1, and clearing the DNS Cache?
