BF 1 - Stuck on loading screen Xbox One

Hey @EA_Atic I deleted from everywhere, cloud, xbox etc. Its okay, I am not that bothered anymore about it. I have went away from BF and started to play other shooters that do not have huge load times. 

Hopefully when BFV in launched BF1 will get fixed.

This loading problem has been happening since release. It’s a lot worse now. I can not even play 2 games in a row, it gets stuck loading after a match is over if I even get to a match. Ea just doesn’t want to admit the problems or fix them for that matter.

@TheSensationn I had this issue when it first launched but then it sorted itself out. However this time it doesn't seem to be getting fixed and EA have taken there normal attitude of "Don't Care" as BFV comes out soon and then people will forget about the BF1 issues.

Exactly!! Once battlefield v comes out, the issues will remain and will also be passed on to v, which I absolutely will not be purchasing, you can fool me once. Quite Unfortunate.

Its a huge shame though, I really enjoyed playing the BF games, I have went away from BF now and turned tot the dark side, least I know that the game works and I can join MP with my mates hassle free. Yeah I think I am with you on that one, I was preordering V however since the answer to my on going issue is "Have you powered off and back on your xbox" I think I will be boycotting it. 

p.s. There are so many things wrong with BF1, there are achievements that STILL don't drop and its been out for years. I have one that I physically can not get, followed youtube videos, advice from guys on forums but will not drop.

I take it since we have tried the "Turn on and off", "delete all your data" options that is it then?  

I have paid for a game that is riddled with bugs and fails to provided the basics that a game should provide. EA I hope for your sake that BF V is better than BF1, saying that I don't think you could get worse to tell the truth. BF4 is a much better game and at least there is no sticking on loading screens watching the Weekly medal timer go down while you try and join a MP game with it.

I was a huge BF fan however this has swayed me a little away from it. I am very disappointed with the response I have received from use with regards to my issue, and it seems like there are a lot more pope out there having the same issue as me.

Hey @Hami9209 Sorry for late responds, what network are you playing on? 

What I can think of what you can try to do is reset the console completely (factory reset) and/or try with another Xbox account, if that fails. Take a look to see if there is a network issue from you to our Battlefield 1 servers, you can do an uo-tracer and send the results to me.

Hi, me to last couple of weeks cannot seem to get on, last night left it while watching movie on phone for 40mins plus. Just says loading game screen, can open batlle packs etc but nothing else

@GENERALNIGHT123 I will quickly summarise what advice EA will offer you for this issue:

1. Turn xbox off an back on,
2. power cycle xbox (hold power button down until it powers off and then unplug the cable at back)
3. uninstall the game,

4. from home page quit the game

5. delete all saved data from every where,

I am still currently waiting a FIX for this is issue, to the point I no longer play BF1 and I now play other shooters that allow me to join servers without a long wait to join servers.

The more annoying things is that BF4 works, quick load times etc.

Does make you wonder what the quality of BF5 is going to be like if they can't fix an issue with BF1 that has been out for years now.
