[BF 1] Codex trouble
I have a Codex bug in Battlefield 1 single-player where multiple Codex entries across various campaigns remain grayed out despite 100% completion of all challenges.

The method I suggested did not solve the problem. The game software launches normally. The problem lies in the "migration from Origin to the EA app." In other words, "a backend (server-side) profile lock occurs during the migration, and it refuses to receive the unlock flag." The solution is to contact the EA help desk.
Please request a manual unlock and reset of profile synchronization.

If the achievement is not displayed despite being completed, it is possible that "a synchronization issue with the EA server is preventing it from being reflected." Please check your online status, and if that does not resolve the issue, try completing the achievement offline and then reconnecting to the online network to synchronize.
