There is no way of resetting the codexes. You can maybe try talking with EA support on the issue, since you have not received the achievement.
I contacted EA support, but what they suggested didn't work at all.I even achieved new successes thinking it might have been a mistake. New successes are coming, but the successes I mentioned are not coming.
Nothing much else can be done, nobody on the forums has the ability to help you out on the issue. Only support has the necessary resources to help. You can maybe try talking to a different support agent.
