BF 4 does does not show up in "My Games"

I believe it is a known issue: I bought the game 12 hours ago, got a confirmation mail about 40 minutes later and the order shows up correctly in my order history, but it doesn't show up in "My Games" library. Followed all the troubleshooting mentioned in the FAQ (restart client, refreshing the game list, even uninstalling and reinstalling the client 3 or 4 times), but nothing seems to work...

I'd like to get some help from support, not a general answer to just wait for the game to show up in my game library.

    Hi,

    * are we talking about BF4, the core game?

    Premium will not show up. (I ask because it does happen)

    * The game has not accidentily been marked hidden in the Origin client?

    If the game is not showing up I suggest you

    contact a game advisor to check your account.

    go to

    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask

    * Fill in "account" in the search bar
    * hit find solutions
    * Then select product in the first selecting bar, account management in the second and select your platform in the last bar.
    * Hit find solutions.

    Now you will be given multiple solutions to your problem. To contact support you need to click "I still need help".

    Now you can choose a contact option.
