BF 4 W key bug or problem (its not they Key Board)

Oky great thank you for your help, Well I have a GIGABYTE P17 laptop I would say it is a performance laptop not so much now compared to other. it was second hand though but it performs well with no other issues than this damn W key one. other than that it is awesome. I will see what other FPS I have that I can try out. but when I'm using the W key for normal office use like general typing use its fine.

I will get back to you on the effort to try it in other games.

Try testing using this simple keyboard test tool:

"Key-Test" - keyboard test online (key-test.ru)

First with your laptop without any other programs/games running.

If no issues what so ever, then start the game and see if you can toggle back to the Windows environment and then still run this test again, while having the game loaded.

I have tested it in a different game and it still has the same issue with the W key.

Tried the Key test as well, the W key does work however it stays stuck for a short while after I have let it go when I held it down. I'm just afraid to remove the key because I might damage the key mechanism.

Thanks for the Help, assistance would be appreciated on where I can fix something like this. I will in the meantime do some research as well, have a great day and thanks again for the help. 

I experience this problem intermittently. Today, it's been really bad. I swapped the keyboard but that didn't fix it, so it's not a keyboard problem. Both are USB.

Do you have any other input devices connected to your PC besides your mouse and keyboard? If so, can you try disconnecting the other devices to see if that helps?

Exit Origin. Go to your Origin install folder and rename your existing igo64.dll to igo64.dll.old.

Start Origin .. start your BF and the keys will work propably again.

i had this problem with bf1 fist .. but in other forums it also happened with bf3, bf4 or bf5
