bf hardline xbox one battlelog issue

Hi guys I have an issue with my stats an battlelog on battlefield hard line for the Xbox one, basicly whenever I go to look at my stats it says fail to get them and I can't access battlelog in game at all and I can't actually play a game without it kicking me out, can anybody help please.... Ash x

Have you already tried to perform a hard reset of your console (hold down your finger on the Xbox One on your actual console until it shuts down) and are you able to see your statistics correctly on your Battlelog profile via a web-browser on a PC?
