BF1 - "You have lost connection to the EA servers" - HELP!

Hi all,

For few months already, I keep getting disconnected from BF1 servers after just few seconds.

I tried everything, everything! Including installing a new OS, new app, new game, new everything, still I keep getting disconnected.

It's only from a specific account though! I contacted EA support several times already, they did endless checks with me and didn't see anything on their side. BUT, when I use a different account, no problem, I can play! When I use my main account, I get disconnected ☹️

We have a large clan on BF1, renting a server with over 13,000 players and I can't use my 9 years account there, only a noob one that I had to make just to play ☹️
