BF1 Bad graphics on xbox one S

Please help me i'm desparate 😞

All of a sudden i started to have very bad and blurry graphics when playing bf1 online and in single player mode. I think it happened after i changed the video settings but few days later... i just turned off weapon DOF, chromatic aberration effect and lens distortion effect.

I contacted Xbox support and they told me to reset the Xbox to factory default but blurry graphics were still there. So they sent me a new Xbox one S, i received it yesterday. I did not want to download BF1 again because my internet is slow, so i transfered the game from my "old" xbox one S to the brand new Xbox one S.

I played yesterday on the new Xbox one S, single player and multiplayer, the graphics were fine, i also deactivated  weapon DOF, chromatic aberration effect and lens distortion effect, graphics were still good.

Today i start that devil XBOX and..... blurry graphics on single player and multiplayer 😢

I reseted the Xbox to factory default but graphics are still horrible. I really dont know what to do !!!

Please check the screenshot i took and let me know if you know how to fix this.

Thank you

I have had the same problem for almost a year now. When the cut scenes look awful and they always try and render the graphics during the same part of the cut scene.

So it has to be something with the game.

Is it possible to get a bad digital copy of the game?

    And btw

My game used to work perfect on the s before the hdr update. I have also bought a hard copy of bf1, two different xbox one x, two different 4k tv's both samsung.

The only thing I have not tried is going to someone elses house and putting my gamer tag on there xbox one x and loading up 4k hdr.

None of my friends have a 4k tv and or hdr.

And no it doesn't work correct in 1080 p either.

The amount of problems this game has had is astronomical.

And let's not waste my time with silly trouble shooting tips. I can probably tell you more about the xbox one x then any person that works for EA.

Like I've said I've been dealing with this for over a year now. I've done hours worth of trouble shooting to try and fix it.

The game runs ok for the most part and Is playable it just loses all color and gets blurry. Then towards the end of the round it will clear up and look ok.

It's very odd to say the least! I'll also make a post of my own.

Here's my time played.. i know what the game is supposed to look like.

I've looked at the screenshot but I don't see anything wrong with it? Don't you have a PC monitor you can test?

  • what I needed to fix this problem is to go to the TV and display options and then not to video mods disable everything then launch the game, reactivate everything and quit and launch again the game

if the first steps when you deactivate everything and then the launch the game work you need to go settings by settings in the video mode to see what is the problem settings
