I remember getting a battlepack but not scraps am talking to support now
They told me i gotta contact them back in a few hours so they can resolve the issue

OK, I think they´ll confirm that you´ve already got it, or they´ll give you some scraps instead.
But if you received a Battlepack, you most likely received scraps as well.
