I still got the same problem on Xbox one
what do I do about the battlepacks I buy but haven't reserved? (25packs)
do I get my money back or do they give me my pack or are they gone for good?
I'm able to get them to call me now buy got a proble I live in australia and my only option of country to chose is USA or canids here a picture.
Another update aimed at fixing the issue has been released this morning. Based on what I see on my end, things work again, so check it out.
Also,don't worry, any battlepacks or scraps you earned in that period should be added to your profile (they were in my case).
If nothing happens, try to play a couple of rounds, that might work too.
