BF1 Bonus DLC code not working

I preordered battlefield 1 collectors edition, but when i redeemed the code that came in the pigeon tube i only got the Hellfighter pack. I tried getting in contact with EA with live chat but nothing happens. I don't really want to spend another 30 AUD for content i should have already got and besides i already spent a lot of money on this anyway. Can someone help me or at least direct me to a page where i can get help because right now i feel like i am getting ripped off.
