BF1 Crashing upon joining multiplayer

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug I unlocked the Sjorgren Shotgun on Fort De Vaux when it suddenly crashed and showed error CE-34878 when I equipped it. It will crash after a second or two after joining a game and shows me the error. Customize Soldier also results in the error.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Fort De Vaux as German Empire on a TSNP Japan Server.
What happens when the bug occurs? It crashes and shows error CE-34878
Please select your region Asia
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number
Enter RAM memory size in GB
‌I have tried the solutions on solving the error besides initializing. I bought the season pass 2 days ago and unlocked most of the DLC weapons. Everything else works fine except Customize Soldier and Multiplayer.
  • Hey, @PapaJohnWick,

Ah  okey, you can use the quick  initialization, but  be sure to back up your data before doing this. let us know....

    Best regards,

Hi, I have tried rebuilding the database but it doesn't work. I have checked the disc and there are no scratches. I am using wifi. If I want to initialize my PS4, do I use quick or full for the error?

So I initialized and it worked but it told me that the disc was unreadable and I took out and cleaned it so maybe that was on my part?

    Hey @PapaJohnWick,

I'm glad to hear that the problem is fixed. Hmm the disc was unreadable you said, i think that the ''disc douche'' the solution was..

    See you on the Battlefield:eahigh_file:

    Best regards,
