BF1 EA access question (xbox one)

im currently playing BF1 via EA acess on xbox one and afaik i have access to some DLC maps, i can play the devils anvil operation but im unable to play on Beyond the Marne which is confusing me, Same for in the name of the tsar i can play the brusilov offensive but not the other one. Same goes for the dlc weapons i can use some premium ones some are locked.

Does the Ea ACCESS version of the game give half the dlc content or something? also if i was to buy the other dlc would it be affected by this?
