BF1 EA Purchased game not linking to Steam account

EA.com verifies I have Battlefield one as a purchased game. I can even access another EA game through Steam my link, but not Battlefield 1.

It's not listed in the Steam Library and when I visit the game page it requires me to purchase it (through Steam).

How do I add Battlefield 1 to my Steam Library if my accounts are already linked but it doesn't automatically show up?

Edit: If I want to un-link to re-link my accounts, it warns me that I can't do so for a gap of 6 months which is very cumbersome.
