Bf1 expansion dlcs are not playable even know i own all 4 on ps5

I re-download bf1 on my ps5 and when I try complete assignments to unlock guns attached to dlc in the name of the tsar, they don't work specifically to unlock the smg 08 18 it tells me I'm playing content that I don't own and the server disconnects but I bought all of it in 2017 , I've tried all the work arounds I could find like re-download the game, renew the license, force download from my mobile from ps app, I can't do anything from the store it just says owned or installed and from the game tab manage games etc there is no options next to the content,

anything helpful would be great just need new guns to keep the game fresh.
