Can you try a repair to start? Right-click the game panel to get the option to do this.

i too am getting this problem. i repaired it 3 times now and nothing. still gives me the "Invalid License - Invalid Cipher (0x0006)" error

When I received this error I had to right click the origin icon on my desktop and select "run as administrator" (that part is important) and then run the repair on the game. This process corrected the aforementioned error that you received for me.
