9 years agoBF1 is full of hackers
Hi everyone,
Well, there are lots of hackers using wall hack in BF1, i myself already reported lots of them, actually is EA doing something on those hackers and is EA willing to improve the server...
Please, no shaming and naming on our boards. If you want to report cheater, use the methods, described here https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating
Cheers,
Archi
naming and shaming is the only recourse left for players that are fed up with these players that ruin the game as nothing is achieved by reporting them.
if i knew how much cheating would occur in this game i would not have brought it as all the hype about it led me to believe this time it would be better at stopping cheats after the battlefield 2/3 fiasco, how wrong i was it is far worse.
this is the end of ea games for me.
Feels like EA is playing lip service to something they have never been able to fix. Name and shame is the only recourse wbecause we all experience their lack of success on a daily basis.
How about a video showing us how EA is catching or even looking into the hacker/cheater comment, so that we at least feel like something is being done. As it stand now I run into many of the same people I have reported.
Name and shame then a public stoning
Hey @bagfast,
as a fellow Battlefield player I feel you when you say you had about enough with cheaters.
To follow up on EA_Archi's statement, we do appreciate the cheat reports we receive - due to privacy reasons we cannot inform whoever sent in the report.
For the naming & shaming part, this is in place to protect people from bullying and rumours. Imagine you playing a good round and another player suspects you're cheating. You probably wouldn't want him calling you a cheater all over the place, those things can destroy reputation and do serious damage.
That said, if you want to see DICE focus on this particular issue, go ahead and leave your feedback on reddit as requested by producer Jojje Dalunde - more information can be found here.
(Mod edit- removed for profanity and going around the forum filters, do not do this please)
Asking us to report, report, report, report, is just asking us to do their job. Been there, done that.
What is Norton Anti-Virus said, "Whenever you get infected, let us know. We promise, we'll do something about it." Would anybody pay for that?
