This generally happens if the server is running a DLC map that you do not possess. Do you own and have downloaded the community maps and the Thou Shall not Pass expansion?
yes i got the dlc, after i brought the expansion pack the game start to crush to lobby with no sign or label
i deactivated my firewall and the server doesn't kick me any more
