BF1 Pre-Order Weapons unable to download

I recently pre-ordered BFV through Playstation Network, I then downloaded the Battlefield V Beta Early Access and Battlefield 1 BFV Preorder Add-Ons

I then let them download (each being 1.1MB), and they finish downloading properly and installed themselves. But when I go to my notifications menu on my PS4's XMB, it says "Waiting to install" and when I press "X" on one of them, I get the alert "Cannot find the application. Do you want to look in PlayStation Store?". Then if I choose "OK" it takes me to the Battlefield 1: Revolution's store page. But I already own Battlefield 1 on Disc and have Premium!

I already: Restarted my PS4; logged out and back in my PS Account; and even deleted both Add-Ons and redownloaded them. but still no results!

Please help! It would be nice to get the BF1 Weapons with the pre-order since that is one of the main items offered when I pre-ordered.

    Downloading from the Battlefield V tab in the main menu: "Found no offer for this category"

    Playstation Store: I can download the pre-order add-ons, but when it gets to the "Installed" part, and when I confirm the installation, it takes me to the Battlefield 1 Revolution's store page instead.
    Library: Same as the Playstation Store. Will let me download the add-ons, but refuse to install since it can't find my copy of Battlefield 1

    It's like my PSN account isn't registering my copy of Battlefield 1. Even going to either Revolution's store page, I'm greeted by a "Buy - $59.99" Option instead of letting me start the game.

    UPDATE: I checked Battlefield 1's region and it was from the Oceania Region, and the account I pre-ordered BFV on, has North America set as its region. So it was conflicting regions stopping me from downloading the Pre-Order weapons. Bummer, but I screwed up. Refunding is not an option since I actually wanted to pre-order BFV.

    I've heard of this problem already. I think a couple things to try is too go to the Battlefield V tab in the main menu and download the pre-order from there. If that doesn't work then I would just start from square one. Go to the Playstation Store. Then download the pre-order. Then go to your library and search for the pre-order then download the add on weapons. Come back and let us know how this works our for you!
