I’m having the same sort of problem where I’ve downloaded the premium pass for battlefield one and paid for it, but it won’t let me play the premium Mabs all the time and it won’t let me use any of the guns anymore but it let me use it for a little bit and then stopped working and I have no clue why and when I attempted to re-download it, it said I already owned it and I can’t re-download it

Hi @mahinraheem Since this thread is from 2023 I'm going to lock it. However, you're more than welcome to start a new one about the issue you're facing.

Also, if you've confirmed that you're using the same account and that the Premium Pass and all owned DLC packs are installed then it may be worth opening a case at help.ea.com.
