BF1 Progress Lost

I was instructed to post to this forum by Ashish via the live chat support.

I downloaded BF1 on my Playstation but noticed that I have no progress.

My XBL and PSN are linked to my EA account.

Could I please have some assistance with recovering or transferring my progress?

    Hi @e7access I'm sorry but there isn't anybody here who can restore account progress, this is something only EA Help can assist with. If you're certain that you're using the right account, ou will probably need to go back to EA Help in this case.

    However, just to ask first of all, did you originally play BF1 on Xbox but you're now playing on PlayStation? Just thought I'd check since you mention both. If that's the case then you can't transfer progress between the two platforms as they're totally seperate.

    Thanks for getting back to me.
    I figured that was the case, though EA Help told me to post it here for some reason, and no one was really able to confirm whether that transfer was possible.

    Anyway, thank you for letting me know. I appreciate the help.

    @e7access They sometimes do that if they think there's a bug which needs to be reported or to draw attention to a specific problem, but I think where this falls down sometimes is that they should still assist as well.

    If they still say they can't help, please let me know.
