BF1 Says im offline.

Hello! Ive been trying to play BF1 for a few days now but it seems to not work. First issue i encounter is that it does not save progress such as settings nor story line. I always need to choose my audio setup and always need to do the first mission and see the first cutscenes. Second issue is that i cant play online, as it says im offline. Ive tried going offline and online again on the EA app, ive tried adding exceptions into the firewall, and ive reinstalled it a few times. I would appriciate more help on this.

    Hi, i just solved the problem for me. Did you buy the game on G2A or other grey market (i mean not official market) ? I bought the game 3 years ago on G2A. And 2 month ago the same problem as you has happened. And all the games bought on grey market (BF5 or Battlefront 2 = same problem) but not games i bought on ea or steam. So decided to wait steam promotion, and i bought the game today and it's works perfectly!

    Hi!

    No it's from the Xbox game pass actually. I am still having the issue and it is starting to become annoying.

    Oh ! my bad no answer for this problem. Sorry !

    i'v bypass the problem by bought the game on steam but the Ea staff says to me the issue was known but nothing since 2 months.

    Also seems to be an issue in BF5. Must be something wrong with the EA and XBOX Link im assuming...
