Gentlemen there have been lots of DDOS attacks recently against a wide variety of entertainment companies from EA to Netflix and many others. This is outside of EA's control and the Battlefield team is no doubt working diligently to keep the BF1 servers up. If you have trouble logging in keep trying or take a break and try again later and eventually you will get into a game. It's frustrating but it's the only remedy that we have at the user level.

If you have another issue preventing you from playing please post another thread, thoroughly describe your problem detailing any game or hardware behaviors, if on PC list your PC specs and OS version as well as any error messages or error codes that you receive. See you on the Battlefield.
